Base salary range:
In accordance with California’s pay transparency law, the expected salary range for this position is between
$140,000-$180,000
depending on experience. Bonus structure:

Independently manage a docket of litigated and pre-litigation personal injury cases. Handle discovery, depositions, mediations, court appearances, and trial where necessary. Work closely with partners on case strategy and trial prep. Communicate regularly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel. Qualifications
5–10 years of civil litigation experience. At least 2 years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury. Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills. A proactive, collaborative, and grounded approach to client advocacy. A commitment to social justice and client-centered advocacy.
