The Role

As

Director, HRBP for Marketing & Communications , you will act as a strategic partner to leadership while ensuring HR operations across your region align with global policies and business priorities. This role combines high-level strategy with hands-on leadership, making it central to building a thriving, engaged workforce. You will also serve as a trusted advisor, employee champion, and change agent, while managing or guiding a team of HR professionals. Strategic Leadership : Design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Anticipate future workforce needs and proactively develop solutions. Business & Financial Acumen : Manage HR budgets effectively, interpret data, and optimize resources to deliver both people and financial results. Talent Development : Drive initiatives for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and employee growth. Employee Relations & Engagement : Build a positive employee experience by leading engagement, retention, and recognition programs, and fostering a culture of inclusion and collaboration. HR Operations : Oversee HR management across the employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with employment law, and recommend local adaptations of policies while keeping alignment with global standards. Responsibilities

Lead and deliver HR initiatives across Marketing & Communications in alignment with organizational objectives. Partner with senior leaders, HQ HR, and the HR Center of Excellence to ensure effective processes and programs across regions. Analyze HR data and trends to recommend and implement improvements. Oversee and enhance the employee experience, ensuring engagement goals are met. Manage recruitment efforts, collaborating with global HR to meet hiring targets and deliver smooth onboarding/offboarding processes. Drive workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management initiatives. Resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance and reducing risks. Provide coaching and support to leaders at all levels of the business. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required; Master’s/MBA preferred. 8+ years of progressive HR experience

in multinational environments. Demonstrated knowledge across HR disciplines (recruitment, employee relations, compensation, performance, organizational development, etc.). Previous experience as Senior HR Manager, HRBP, or equivalent leadership role. Supervisory experience (3–5 years preferred). Proven ability to think strategically and drive measurable business results. Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to engage at all organizational levels. Proficiency with HRIS systems (ideally Ceridian) and MS Office. Fluency in English required; Spanish preferred. Ability to travel within the U.S. and region (10–25%).
