The Vice President of Theme Park Marketing is a strategic leader who drives attendance, revenue, and brand loyalty for a theme park. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and business acumen to develop and execute marketing campaigns that capture the imagination of potential guests and keep the park at the forefront of the industry. Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy. Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand their preferences. Set marketing goals and objectives aligned with the overall park strategy. Develop a cohesive marketing mix encompassing advertising, public relations, social media, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns. Oversee the development and execution of marketing initiatives for new attractions, products, services, events, and seasonal offerings. Manage and optimize marketing budgets: allocate resources effectively across various marketing channels and track campaign performance using data and metrics. Identify and implement cost-effective strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI). Lead and build a high-performing marketing team: recruit, develop, and motivate talented marketing professionals; foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment. Encourage innovation and creative thinking to stay ahead of the curve. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders: collaborate with other park departments and develop partnerships with media outlets, travel agencies, and tourism organizations; build relationships with industry influencers and bloggers. Stay ahead of industry trends: continuously research and analyze emerging trends and implement innovative marketing strategies that leverage new technologies and guest preferences. Essential Skills And Qualifications

Experience: 10+ years of progressive, results-driven experience in executive-level marketing, with leadership background in theme park, hospitality, or related high-volume entertainment. At least 5 years in senior management or director-level capacity, overseeing multi-million dollar budgets. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred. Proven Track Record: Success in developing and executing enterprise-wide marketing strategies that drive attendance, revenue growth, and brand equity. Strategic Data Interpretation: Ability to synthesize complex marketing data into actionable insights guiding major campaign adjustments and business objectives. Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills to influence executives, motivate large teams, and translate goals into executable plans. Strategic Vision and Consumer Foresight: Creative and data-driven understanding of global consumer behavior trends and competitive dynamics in the theme park industry. The Rewards
