Overview

Director, Workforce Transformation Programs – Human + AI Systems, Salesforce. Lead the enterprise strategy, global rollout, and operational success of Salesforce’s internal talent marketplace and workforce transformation programs—including Career Connect, Agentforce for Careers, and related AI-powered tools. Drive the end-to-end program lifecycle in close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Employee Success, and Business Unit stakeholders. Translate platform potential into business outcomes by designing and scaling experiences that accelerate internal mobility, enable skills development, and prepare the workforce for an AI-augmented future. Apply a Human + AI design lens to ensure ethical, user-centered implementation of intelligent systems that support employee growth at scale. Advance Salesforce’s Agentic Skills Strategy by embedding skills into workforce transformation programs and enabling leaders to use skills data for mobility, reskilling, and redeployment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Strategic Execution

Lead the global activation strategy, adoption roadmap, and governance model for Career Connect and other workforce transformation platforms.

Collaborate with Product & Engineering to shape experience design, implementation planning, and capability integration based on business needs.

Align with Employee Success, COEs, OUs, and cross-functional partners to ensure scalable and equitable deployment of talent marketplace and mobility initiatives.

Translate talent transformation goals into operational programs and playbooks that drive measurable impact.

Human + AI Design Integration

Embed human-centered AI principles into program strategy and adoption efforts, enabling ethical augmentation of work, responsible use of talent intelligence, and transparency in AI-driven features.

Work with technical teams to support implementation of skills inference models, recommendation engines, and generative UX aligned with workforce needs.

Help employees and managers engage confidently with AI-powered tools through clear education and enablement.

Agentic Skills Strategy Delivery

Operationalize the Agentic Skills Strategy by embedding skills frameworks into Career Connect, workforce planning, and reskilling programs.

Drive adoption of skills-based practices across the enterprise, enabling leaders to use skills data for decisions.

Partner with analytics teams to generate insights linking skills supply/demand to redeployment, mobility, and development pathways.

Program Management & Change Enablement

Manage enterprise-level program planning and execution, including pilots, scaling, communications, and measurement strategies.

Define success metrics across adoption, usage, internal mobility, redeployment outcomes, and engagement.

Build engagement forums, governance routines, and stakeholder feedback loops.

Develop narratives, toolkits, and enablement resources that drive sustainable behavior change and enterprise alignment.

Qualifications

Experience & Knowledge

10+ years in enterprise program management, workforce transformation, or talent strategy, ideally within a global matrixed organization.

Proven success driving large-scale HR tech or workforce initiatives in partnership with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams.

Deep understanding of skills-based planning, job architecture, internal mobility, and talent development models.

Ability to connect workforce insights to business impact and translate strategic vision into scalable, repeatable programs.

AI Fluency & Human-Centered Implementation

Experience with AI-powered talent systems, including recommendation engines, skills inference, and conversational interfaces.

Familiarity with human + AI collaboration and responsible AI frameworks for ethical tech deployment in the workplace.

Ability to partner with technical teams to translate AI capabilities into workforce-relevant, trust-enhancing applications.
