The Role Kyndryl Consult is the fastest growing business within the organization and instrumental to the company’s strategic growth objectives. You will lead cross-disciplinary teams, guiding them through complex consulting engagements and creating and positioning strategic change agendas within Kyndryl's largest accounts across the C-suite, spanning the intersection between complex business and IT customer solutions and transformations affecting the entire customer ecosystem. This role focuses on delivering digital modernization through Digital Workplace Services (DWS), helping Kyndryl’s Technology, Media, Telecommunications (TMT) clientele enhance their internal employee experience, workforce agility, collaboration, and overall digital experience. As a Consult Partner, you will drive profitable growth, leverage our capabilities to build strong client relationships, and lead your team to success. You will maintain a strong presence with CXO-level clients, fostering talent development and innovation within the organization. You will lead the overall client engagement and deliver high-quality work alongside senior client stakeholders, in a transaction environment that may be pre- or post-deal, planning post-deal implementation and supporting execution. Partners focus on financial impact, utilization, contribution, client impact and leadership. What You Will Do Responsibilities can be grouped into four areas: Contribute to Profitable Growth Drive significant financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets Ensure sustained growth and profitability, managing margins and backlog Identify, pursue and convert a pipeline of business development opportunities Scope engagements, negotiate fees and draft Statements of Work (SOWs) aligned with client needs Apply consultative judgment to enable rapid delivery Leverage a proven track record of consulting and selling digital workplace services, managing large client portfolios and driving revenue growth

Client Engagement Build and maintain deep CXO relationships and be a trusted advisor Lead C-level interactions, consulting initiatives and deal deliverables Deliver complex consulting engagements with credibility and impact Enhance client satisfaction (Net Promoter Score) and secure client references Guide clients through discovery, design, and deployment of digital workplace transformations Anticipate future challenges in digital workplace services and position Kyndryl as a strategic partner Bring TMT industry experience to tailor engagements

Operational Excellence Achieve individual and team utilization targets Design complex engagements and oversee delivery, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction Foster a culture of continuous personal and professional development with a commercially focused approach

Strategic Contribution Drive delivery capability with new and existing clients through DWS-focused transformations in Collaboration, Virtualization, Contact Center, Employee Experience, and related offerings Shape and drive the company’s strategic initiatives Align with Kyndryl’s vision and contribute to its execution Develop thought leadership and establish a strong personal and organizational brand Proactively develop intellectual capital

Who You Are You are skilled and experienced in your field with a growth mindset, customer focus, and an inclusive, borderless approach to collaboration. Required Skills and Experience Experience with consultative expertise to articulate Digital Workplace challenges and strategies addressing trends like Copilot, Agentic AI, and the future of work Experience in discovery, design, and deployment of Digital Workplace solutions using technologies such as Microsoft 365 (M365), Intune, AVD, Copilot, Viva, ServiceNow ITSM, Amazon Connect, Google Suite Extensive CXO-level client engagement and relationship management Proven ability to commercialize relationships with senior executives Proven track record leading and delivering complex multi-disciplinary projects in a consulting, corporate or public sector context Expertise in M&A integration within Digital Workplace is a plus Strong financial acumen with experience driving revenue growth and managing margins Experience in leading or supporting high-value business development activities with senior stakeholders Deep understanding of industry trends in the TMT sector Strong personal brand in the TMT industry Ability to innovate and drive change Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for the position in the U.S. ranges from $159,240 to $286,560 for a full-time schedule, with variations by geography and experience. California: $175,080 to $343,920; Colorado: $159,240 to $286,560; New York City: $191,040 to $343,920; Washington: $175,080 to $315,240; Washington DC: $175,080 to $315,240. This position may be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, and a comprehensive benefits package includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. If this role is sales commission eligible, you may participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus. Applications accepted on a rolling basis.
