Manage all stages of labor and employment litigation, including case assessment, discovery, and trial preparation. Develop case strategies, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, and conduct thorough legal research. Represent clients in hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials, ensuring effective advocacy. Provide strategic counsel to clients, staying informed on legal developments and industry trends. Negotiate settlements, manage disputes, and cultivate strong client relationships. Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff to deliver successful outcomes. Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Active CA Bar license. Minimum of 3 years of experience in labor and employment litigation. Proven expertise in motion practice, discovery disputes, trial preparation, and trial experience. Experience handling labor and employment trials (first chair or second chair preferred). Proven experience handling complex litigation, including taking and defending depositions, managing discovery, and drafting legal motions. Familiarity with Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) cases and employment-related class actions is highly desirable. In-depth knowledge of California state and federal court procedures, rules, and practices. Responsibilities
