We craft solutions that accelerate customer success by deeply understanding each customer's challenges and working with them to adopt AWS across security, compute, storage, networking, serverless, analytics, and AI/ML. As a Solutions Architect at AWS you will work directly with customers, helping them gain a competitive edge using AWS. You will provide exceptional technical design guidance and thought leadership, lead efforts to capture and share best-practice knowledge, and collaborate with and educate other AWS architects and engineers. Responsibilities
Own the technical engagement and success around specific implementation projects in large enterprises. Work cross-organizationally to enable broad use and adoption of the AWS platform. Develop deep expertise in AWS technologies and broad know-how in how applications and services are built on AWS. Represent AWS in the customer environment, drive discussions with senior personnel on trade-offs, best practices, and risk mitigation. Think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges; provide design guidance and thought leadership. Shape and deliver on strategies to build mind share and broad use of AWS within enterprises. Basic Qualifications
4+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience 6+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics 6+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries 2+ years of design and implementation of AI/ML/GenAI related technologies and solutions Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a technical role within a sales organization Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud Energy Industry Experience (Energy Manufacturing, Products & Services, Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities) EEO and accommodations
