Job Description Summary: Enterprise Technology (ET) is Aegon’s global IT partner providing infrastructure services, information security, and global/corporate application support across the organization. What You Will Do
Business Analysis: Define and document business requirements related to system functionality, performance, security, and internal controls; document current and future state processes for gap analysis, process improvement, and training; obtain approvals from the business sponsor. Communication: Effectively coordinate with external and internal teams to ensure delivery of solutions and/or project requirements. Vendor/Project Support: Participate in technology evaluations, RFP processes, impact analysis, feasibility studies; manage relationships with IT application vendors during selection and implementation; provide consultancy on solutions and cost considerations. Liaison: Understand business processes and IT needs; act as liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams; share best practices with peers across units. Quality Assurance: Prepare and execute test cases, perform functional and regression testing, track issues and resolutions; coordinate user acceptance testing; ensure documentation meets quality standards. Operational Support: Prepare application administration and end-user documentation; assist with troubleshooting; manage change management processes; coordinate releases and monitoring with technical staff. Compliance and Attendance: Understand risk controls, work with Compliance to meet controls, and maintain reliable attendance. What You Will Need
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; typically 5–7 years for Senior level. Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in business requirements gathering, QA/testing methodologies, user documentation, application security and compliance, business process analysis, IT service estimation, SDLC methodologies, communication, root cause analysis, global teamwork, adaptability to change, and independent work capability. Tools: Strong MS Office experience (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and SharePoint. Preferred
Industry Experience: Financial services and insurance Data/Monitoring, Agile/Scrum/DevOps, cloud technologies Ability to explain technical requirements to developers and provide pseudocode Working Conditions
Hybrid office environment: 3 days in the office (Tuesday–Thursday). Relocation assistance not provided. Limited travel may be required Compensation
Salary generally ranges between $82,000–$87,500 annually; starting pay determined by qualifications, experience, geography, and work location; salary may vary. Annual bonus eligibility based on company plan and individual performance, at the company’s discretion.
