Overview

The United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Director of Information Technology. Reporting to the Clerk of Court, this position has broad and overarching information technology responsibilities. A Top Secret/SCI clearance is required for this position. Preference will be given to those with a current, active security clearance. Required Experience

To qualify for the JSP-13, the candidate must also possess a minimum of two years of specialized experience. To qualify for the JSP-14, the candidate must also possess a minimum of three years of specialized experience. To qualify for the JSP-15, the candidate must also possess a minimum of four years of specialized experience. Specialized Experience

Specialized Experience includes, but is not limited to: Progressively responsible substantive information technology and telecommunications experience, preferably in a court or classified environment. Must be knowledgeable about the handling of classified material and the security of information technology and telephone systems. Knowledge of the Federal Information Security Modernization Act, related NIST standards and other security regulations and laws. Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, both Server and Desktop installations, operation, maintenance and upgrade. Knowledge of Office 365 and Outlook. Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills; strong analytical and project management skills. Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment are required.
