Overview
Pediatric Clinic Director & Partner (PT, OT, or SLP License Required) – Ivy Rehab Network Join Ivy Rehab’s Kids division as a Pediatric Clinic Director & Partner for a start-up outpatient pediatric clinic. You’ll work as a clinician and partner to develop and operate a new clinic, with support to grow the business while focusing on patient care. Location
We go where the clinician and their relationships are. Locations are explored to fit you and your local community. This clinic does not exist yet and would be considered a start-up clinic. Responsibilities
Focus on delivering high-quality pediatric therapy to kids and their families. Partner with Ivy Rehab to grow and operate the clinic, serving as both clinician and business leader. Collaborate on clinic location selection, team building, marketing, contracts, systems, and other business operations. Utilize Ivy Rehab resources to support location selection, recruitment, marketing, legal/compliance, IT, HR, revenue cycle, and payer contracts. Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program. Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist where required for treatment. Previous pediatric therapy experience highly preferred. Compensation & Benefits
