Job Description Pediatric Clinic Director & Investing Partner (Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist license required). Start-up your own outpatient pediatric clinic with Ivy Rehab for Kids. You help kids thrive — we help get your business growing. You’re a rockstar pediatric therapist focused on helping kids move better, feel better, and live better. Running the business side (marketing, payroll, insurance contracts, systems) is supported by Ivy Rehab for Kids so you can focus on your patients and families and grow a successful clinic without burnout.
Location: We go where the clinician and their relationships are. We are open to exploring locations that work for you and your local community. The partner clinic does not yet exist and would be considered a start-up clinic.

Strong track record of opening de novos and sustaining profitability (over 300 clinics opened by clinicians like you).
Regional leadership training, guidance, and mentorship.
In-house business school and access to the in-house pediatric residency program.
Requirements
You must be a graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist in the respective state is required due to a treating component of this opportunity.
Previous pediatric therapy experience is highly preferred.
