Qualifications
Board Certified/ Board Eligible in field of medicine
- required
Addiction Medicine Fellowship
- required
Ability and willingness to obtain Tennessee license, DEA/CSA
- required
Current DEA/CDS
- required
Familiar with Electronic Medical Record Keeping
