A Snapshot of Your Day The organization Strategic Procurement, Direct Material is responsible for developing procurement strategies for direct materials and services that will ensure the optimization of Siemens Energy’s competitive position. As Head of Global Commodity Management “Rotating & Auxiliaries” Systems for Siemens Energy, you will be managing a distributed team and you are responsible for the development of supply chain and procurement strategies (for commodities Cooling System & Condensers, Liquid Gas Supply System, Generators, Mechanical Power Transmission, Valves & Actuators) and supplier relationship management that contribute to the success of Siemens Energy while creating additional value beyond classical cost-out. What You’ll Do in Practice Lead and develop a team of Corporate Commodity Managers and Regional Commodity Managers for assigned material fields, focusing on people growth and exemplary leadership
