Senior Full Stack Engineer
to join our
Customer Experience
team, working on analytics products that demonstrate the value of our services to customers, drive engagement and adoption, build data‑driven features, refine existing solutions, and support rapid experimentation in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment. You will contribute to enabling demo and trial environments that showcase our platform’s capabilities and collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, customer success, and sales. As a senior team member, you will mentor junior engineers and foster collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement. Please note that this is a
hybrid role
based in
New York City , with an expectation to be in office 2-3 days a week. Our office is located at 60 Madison Avenue.
What you'll be doing
Design and expand the capabilities of our full stack application (built with Ruby on Rails, GraphQL, and React) which provide insights into customers' data Build and enhance data pipelines using DBT and SQL, working closely with data scientists to leverage models and ensure seamless integration with application features Build and optimize data-centric solutions, working with data science teams to integrate models and unlock meaningful insights Work in a fast-paced environment where you'll tackle unknowns, adapt to changing priorities, and experiment rapidly to drive impactful results Build thoughtful UI and components by contributing to our design system/component library Contribute to a culture of quality by implementing strong testing practices, monitoring, and alerting systems to maintain platform reliability as our business grows Identify areas for growth and iteration on our application stack and advocate for them on the engineering roadmap Conduct research and experiments to help us make strategic decisions, anticipating the next problem we will be solving
What success looks like in this role
Help deliver features to drive monthly active users, customer utilization, and customer satisfaction Code Quality & Delivery: Align with unit tests, code patterns, and current data model constraints while releasing code iteratively within a timeline Enforce Code Quality: Conduct thoughtful reviews that check logical changes, variable naming, comment quality, and avoid unnecessary intermediate states Identify opportunities to contribute in ways that support the larger organization Set personal growth goals aligned with the career ladder Adapt to shifting priorities and work efficiently in a stakeholder-driven environment Collaborate across functions to ensure alignment and timely delivery of projects Launch experiments, track performance metrics, and iterate quickly to refine solutions
What we expect from you
5+ years of professional development experience with full stack web applications Fluency with SQL Comfortable working on an agile team and curious about learning new things Enjoy collaborating with teammates and pair programming Enjoy coaching & growing engineers Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent context switching Comfortable moving fast and working through ambiguity - we are a small startup and balancing growth with platform reliability Bonus points for experience with Ruby on Rails Bonus points for experience with React & Redux Bonus points for experience with Docker & AWS Bonus points for GraphQL API design experience
The target base salary range for this position is $159,100 - $194,150, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using the Radford Global Compensation Database to ensure competitive and fair pay.
