Design and expand the capabilities of our full stack application (Ruby on Rails, GraphQL, React) to provide insights into customers’ data Build and enhance data pipelines using DBT and SQL, collaborating with data scientists to leverage models and ensure seamless integration with application features Develop data-centric solutions with data science teams to unlock meaningful insights Operate in a fast-paced environment, handle changing priorities, and experiment rapidly to drive impact Contribute to UI/UX by building components and contributing to our design system Promote quality with testing, monitoring, and alerting to maintain reliability as the platform scales Identify areas for growth and advocate for them on the engineering roadmap Conduct research and experiments to inform strategic decisions and anticipate future problems What success looks like
Deliver features that improve monthly active users, customer utilization, and satisfaction Code quality and delivery: unit tests, consistent coding patterns, and adherence to data model constraints Quality reviews and thoughtful feedback on code changes Identify opportunities to contribute to the broader organization Set and pursue personal growth goals aligned with the career ladder Adapt to shifting priorities and collaborate across functions for timely delivery Launch experiments, track metrics, and iterate quickly What we expect from you
5+ years of professional development experience with full stack web applications Fluency with SQL Experience on an agile team and curiosity to learn Strong collaboration and willingness to pair program Experience coaching and growing engineers Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with ambiguity Bonus: Ruby on Rails, React & Redux, Docker & AWS Salary : The target base salary range for this position is $159,100 - $194,150, with a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Pay may vary based on experience, location, internal equity, and other business considerations. Benefits
