Overview
The Permanente Medical Group, Inc. (TPMG) is actively seeking an Otolaryngologist - Rhinology/Skull Base to join our team in Redwood City, CA. Seeking a board-certified/board-eligible otolaryngologist with strong preference for fellowship training in Rhinology/Skull Base to join our team in Redwood City, CA. Responsibilities
Join a group of 6 providers (4 surgeons, 1 clinic MD, 1 PA) with a developed subspecialty rhinology practice in Kaiser’s Northern California network. Work at a high-volume sinus/skull base center (80-100 anterior skull base cases per year shared with neurosurgery) and participate in a tertiary subspecialty referral practice (sinonasal malignancies, revision FESS, etc.). Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, including strong partnership with neurosurgery (4 anterior skull base surgeons) and with allergy/immunology, oculoplastics, and head and neck oncology/reconstructive surgery support across facilities. Provide inpatient and outpatient care, with physician assistant support for inpatient service; outpatient care supported by Abridge AI scribe/Epic through TPMG. Engage in professional development opportunities, including resident teaching (through the Kaiser Oakland HNS program) and research with support from the regional Division of Research; potential for growth into leadership roles. Participate in community service opportunities (Operation Access) as supported by the group. Benefits and Compensation
Full-time annual salary range is $436,500 to $450,000 plus potential incentives up to $42,740.
