Director of Sales And Business Development PGF Technology Group is an Electronic Manufacturing Service (EMS) provider of assemblies in Printed Circuit Board, Cables, Harnesses, Box Build and Panel Enclosures. We are looking for a high-performing Sales Director to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. The Sales Director is responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team and in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans and meeting planned goals. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals and setting individual sales targets. Other responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, nurturing strategic relationships with customers, negotiating deals and maintaining customer relationships. This position is an excellent fit for someone who is not afraid to take initiatives and someone who is a quick learner.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the development and growth of business in the PCBA, cable/wire harness product lines

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence

Business development of identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Set individual sales targets with the sales team

Track sales goals and reporting results as necessary

Develop and nurture strategic relationships with new and current customers

Manage and motivate sales team, provide guidance, coach performance management

Set goals and aid in bonus/commission structure for account managers on the sales team

Work closely with Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Quality departments

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

Knowledge/Education

Bachelors in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields

Minimum of 5+ years sales experience

Technical knowledge and manufacturing sales

Electronic Manufacturing Industry knowledge is a must in any of assemblies in Printed Circuit Board, Cables, Harnesses, Box Build and Panel Enclosures.

Skills

Proven sales track record including ability to lead a sales team

Ability to manage projects, multi-task, and handle customer requests, questions and complaints

Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Excellent communication skills and being comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email, phone, and in person

Ability to manage sales processes, including implementing a sales plan, pricing, costing, sales strategy, execution, negotiation and sales proposal development

Ability to work with all departments

Experienced in Excel and Word

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Skilled in the use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

Aptitude for ERP systems (Epicor Knowledge is a plus)

Experience

Epicor ERP knowledge is a plus

Proven experience as a Sales Director or relevant role

Successful previous experience as a Sales Manager or Director, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
