Business Development Director About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Director to lead growth efforts by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue across key markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships. Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and expand into new markets. Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders. Lead proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business growth strategies. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy. Track performance metrics, provide regular updates to leadership, and deliver on growth targets. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and partners. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex deals. Knowledge of Aerospace/Aviation is a plus. Pay Range
