Be among the first 25 applicants Position Description: You will serve as an Aircraft Mechanic in the Industrial Execution Department, Production Trades Division of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST. Position Duties/Responsibilities
You will install, repair, overhaul, modify, align, troubleshoot and perform final functional and operational tests on a variety of major aircraft systems, their components, assemblies and prototypes. You will inspect, disassemble aircraft systems, assemblies, parts, or components to determine the required parts, reassemble and reinstall on aircraft. You will assist in the operation checkout of the aircraft. You will use a wide variety of precision measuring instruments i.e., calipers, protractors, snap rings, height and depth dial indicators, micrometers, and hand tools, i.e., hammers, torque wrench, etc., to accomplish and complete your assignments. You will be called upon to perform various other tasks as assigned. Minimum Salary : 36.48 Maximum Salary : 42.58 Seniority level
