We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented
Senior Staff Accountant
to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. This role will support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This role requires a deep understanding of US GAAP and SOX compliance (IFRS, a plus), along with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards in all aspects of accounting. Specific responsibilities may include: Prepare and review journal entries and monthly account reconciliations in accordance with IFRS/GAAP Perform variance analysis and provide insights on key financial metrics Support the implementation and enhancement of SAP operational processes and internal controls Support internal and external audits, including preparation of documentation, and walkthroughs Follow up on audit findings and track action plans to address identified gaps, risks, and control deficiencies Work cross-functionally with brands, Global Business Services (GBS), Treasury, Tax, Financial Reporting, and FP&A to drive process standardization, improvements, and efficiencies Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting policies, procedures, and SOX/internal control compliance Actively support finance transformation initiatives and the expanded use of new technology and tools—such as OneStream, SAP S/4HANA, Blackline, and other enterprise-wide projects Perform other ad-hoc analyses and special projects as required What you need to succeed
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across various functions including Treasury, Tax, Financial Reporting, Planning, and Global Business Services. Strong communication skills and a sense of urgency are essential to thrive in this fast-paced and dynamic environment. Other qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Minimum of
4-7 years
of experience, preferred with Big 4 public accounting background Strong understanding of US GAAP and SOX requirements; familiarity with IFRS is a plus. Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and a strong sense of urgency Ability to maintain effectiveness in a continually evolving environment Strong organizational and time management skills Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving capabilities Experience with SAP (S/4HANA preferred) Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with OneStream, Blackline, or other financial systems is a plus What\'s in it for you
