A global manufacturing and technology solutions company serving diverse industries, including food & beverage processing and automated systems, is seeking a
Senior Accountant
to join their
team . This role plays a key part in financial reporting and process improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with US GAAP and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities
Close & Reporting Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations Investigate and resolve accounting issues promptly Ensure accurate and timely OneStream reporting Maintain integrity of all financial transactions in accordance with US GAAP and company standards Support internal and external audit requests; address and remediate audit findings Document and improve standard operating procedures Review contracts with sales, legal, and operations teams to ensure proper revenue recognition Lead revenue recognition processes in compliance with US GAAP Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting activities Participate in monthly balance sheet reviews with business units and shared service centers Process Improvement & Projects Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline accounting operations Contribute to special projects as assigned Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field ( CPA preferred ) 3+ years
of progressive accounting experience Strong understanding of
US GAAP
and financial reporting standards Experience ensuring
SOX compliance Proficiency with ERP systems (JDE preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Why Join This Company?
