JLL is seeking a Global Life Sciences Industry Leader to spearhead the Project & Development Services division's strategic expansion in the Life Sciences sector. This executive role will drive market penetration, revenue growth, and service innovation across global Work Dynamic accounts while mitigating risk, achieving operational excellence and elevating JLL’s value proposition for Life Sciences clients. Position location is flexible with preference for proximity to major US or European Life Sciences hubs. Strategic Leadership & Organizational Influence

Architect and execute a comprehensive global strategy that positions JLL as the preeminent project delivery partner for Life Sciences worldwide in close partnership with the Division President, Managing Directors, Account Leadership and internal stakeholders. Cultivate a sophisticated industry intelligence ecosystem that anticipates emerging trends in Life Sciences real estate, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience. Establish thought leadership platforms that showcase JLL's distinctive capabilities in navigating complex Life Sciences sector challenges across global markets and Work Dynamic Accounts. Embody and amplify JLL's core values — teamwork, excellence, ethics — through authentic servant leadership that resonates throughout the organization. Client Portfolio Optimization & Revenue Growth

Spearhead enterprise-wide project development services business development initiatives targeting Tier 1 global Life Sciences companies, with accountability for revenue growth, margin expansion, and market share advancement. Leverage sophisticated account intelligence to identify strategic diversification opportunities within existing client relationships, expanding JLL's service penetration. Plan complex, multi-disciplinary solutions that address the unique challenges facing global Life Sciences companies, from regulatory compliance to operational resilience. Cultivate C-suite relationships within target organizations, positioning JLL PDS as a strategic advisor. Implement rigorous pipeline management protocols leveraging Salesforce analytics to forecast growth trajectories and optimize resource allocation. Life Sciences Sector Expertise

Translate deep industry knowledge into actionable insights that enhance JLL's PDS service delivery models for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices and contract organizations. Orchestrate cross-functional solutions that address specialized requirements for bio manufacturing, medical equipment production, research and development, medical office buildings and other mission-critical environments to deliver construction project management at the highest level across all asset types. Leverage market intelligence, technology and reporting to plan, forecast and deploy capital across the Life Sciences sector, aligning JLL's resource strategies accordingly. Operational Excellence & Risk Management

Institute governance frameworks that ensure consistent project delivery quality across global delivery teams while maintaining flexibility for market-specific adaptation. Partner with practice leaders to integrate specialized capabilities—sustainable design, project controls, development advisory—into cohesive client solutions. Implement sophisticated risk management protocols tailored to Life Science sector engagements, mitigating exposure while enabling innovation on construction project delivery. Drive adoption of advanced analytics and project intelligence systems that enhance delivery efficiency and provide clients with real-time performance visibility. Establish key performance indicators that align with Life Sciences clients' strategic imperatives, demonstrating quantifiable impact beyond traditional project management metrics. Qualifications & Experience

Advanced degree in business, finance, architecture, engineering or related field, with specialized knowledge of Life Sciences operations. 15+ years of progressive leadership experience with demonstrable expertise in Life Sciences real estate strategy and implementation. Proven track record of cultivating and expanding enterprise relationships with global Life Sciences companies. Sophisticated understanding of how physical environment impacts operational performance, regulatory compliance, and talent strategies in Life Sciences. Extensive global network across Life Sciences real estate and facilities leadership. Demonstrated mastery of project governance methodologies, with Six Sigma and PMP certifications considered advantageous. Exceptional analytical capabilities with experience translating complex data into actionable strategic insights. Estimated compensation for this position:

260,669.00 – 350,000.00 USD per year. This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations. Location:
