Lead the Newport Beach Healthcare Studio as Studio Principal and be part of the firm-wide Corporate Leadership team Engage with clients from the start to align on goals Collaborate with the Office President and National Healthcare Studio Principal to create a long-term strategic plan Lead the existing body of work with strong clients and a team of architects on clinical projects Maintain autonomy and responsibility for your Studio Benefit from the backing of a large firm with extensive in-house resources Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications
Registered Architect 10+ years of experience in healthcare architecture and design Deep healthcare experience in the Southern California area Experience as an account or client manager, including financial management Experience managing a team Our culture is energetic, collaborative and open.
