Capture Manager role at Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC. We are seeking an experienced Capture Manager who will report to the Senior Vice President of our Federal Civilian portfolio. This role is crucial for expanding within the civilian government sector. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven record in winning federal IT solution services contracts and will participate in all strategic growth initiatives for key accounts. The Capture Manager is responsible for all capture activities during the Business Development, Capture, Proposal, and Post-Submittal phases to increase the probability of win for deals across the Federal Civilian portfolio. This individual will capture critical intel needed to develop solutions for assigned opportunities, manage relationships with partners and staff, participate in pipeline reviews, operating plan development, opportunity reviews, win themes, and proposal reviews. The role requires strong time management, ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and collaborate with individuals at all levels. Responsibilities
Find and analyze information to provide insights that position Harmonia more competitively with tailored solutions to client problems and constraints Lead win strategy development, win themes, solutions development, teaming strategies, competitive assessments, technical and management approaches, past performance and key personnel identification, pricing strategy recommendations, communications plans, action plans, and execution plans Participate actively in supporting the proposal process Identify opportunities for efficiencies, including automated processes, tools, and data reuse across offerings Drive Harmonia’s long-term strategy Lead a team of research analysts Minimum Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience developing successful capture strategies across multiple opportunities for Federal Civilian clients Experience supporting capture activities for Department of Treasury, Department of Commerce, Department of Agriculture, and/or FDIC is preferred Must have at least 5 years of experience with Capture Management Must be local to the DMV area with a willingness to be in office (McLean, VA) 3-4 days per week Team player capable of working in a collaborative environment; self-starter with attention to detail and strong organization skills Experience using GovWin, DELTEK GovWin IQ, CRM tools, and Salesforce/Technomile preferred Experience applying industry best practices and methodologies for capture management Experience identifying and analyzing customer hot-button issues/pain points and perceptions of Harmonia or its competitors Ability to collaborate with corporate leadership and CTO staff to market Harmonia’s capabilities Experience using GovWin, LinkedIn, congressional budget justifications, and similar sources in Federal procurement Develop detailed capture plan narrative with supporting data for proposal writers Prepare and lead milestone/gate and other reviews Employer-based sponsorship not available for this role Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Ability to leverage existing relationships and build new ones to meet customers’ needs Lead and coordinate competitive assessments, determine Harmonia’s strengths/weaknesses and potential competitors Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong research skills using the Internet, GovWin, and other sources to research opportunities Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel features Benefits and Culture
