What You Can Expect Responsible for defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize the user experience, increase customer lifetime value, and drive revenue growth. Champion data‑driven decision making and contribute to the overall strategic vision. Thrive in a fast‑paced environment with understanding of ecommerce best practices, monetization strategies including user growth and activation, experimentation, product monetization and user value maximization. Responsibilities

Developing and executing the eCommerce growth strategy and roadmap; prioritizing features from market, customer, and data insights. Driving user acquisition and activation, focusing on conversion rates and trial-to-paid conversions. Identifying and implementing monetization opportunities to increase revenue per customer, including upsell and cross-sell, and optimizing pricing and packaging options. Maintaining dashboards for core metrics (conversion, AOV, churn, CLTV, cart abandonment) and identifying trends and opportunities. Leading the end-to-end product lifecycle; prioritizing by impact and collaborating with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales on launches and iteration. Monitoring the market landscape and current best practices; designing, running, and evaluating A/B tests to optimize key flows; partnering on product content, promotions, and merchandising. What We’re Looking For

Bring 7+ years of product management experience focused on eCommerce platforms. Applied knowledge of eCommerce best practices, user experience design, conversion optimization, and payment gateways. Understand SaaS business models, customer lifecycle management, and subscription-based revenue. Use data to interpret results, identify trends, and make well-reasoned, data-informed decisions. Work effectively with technical teams and explain technical trade-offs. Communicate clearly in writing and verbally across teams; education in a related field or equivalent experience (advanced study welcome, not required). Experience with eCommerce platforms and CRM integrations. Familiarity with marketing automation tools. Salary & Compensation

Minimum:

$124,000.00 . Maximum:

$271,200.00 . In addition to base salary and/or OTE, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that includes base salary, bonus and equity value. Starting pay will be based on qualifications and experience. Location-based compensation structures may apply. Ways of Working
