About The Position
LocumJobsOnline is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Urology MD in Ohio! Position Highlights : Full-time, hospital-employed position 90% outpatient / 10% inpatient mix Daily clinic volume : 17–20 patients On-site support : 2 LPNs, 1 receptionist, lab, and X-ray State-of-the-art DaVinci surgical robot available EPIC EMR Call : 10 days / month Strong referral base from employed and affiliated PCPs Serve adult and geriatric patients (50 / 50 split) Work alongside 2 experienced Urologists Job Requirements Board Certified / Eligible in Urology Ohio medical license (or ability to obtain) BLS and ACLS (or willingness to obtain) Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates Extensive experience in a broad scope of urologic procedures including : General Urology, Laparoscopy, PCNL, Ureteroscopy Radical Cystectomy, Prostatectomy, Node Dissection TRUS Biopsies, ESWL, Fertility & Incontinence Procedures Benefits Market-competitive salary (based on MGMA benchmarks) Sign-on bonus (negotiable) 3-year contract : Years 1 & 2 guaranteed salary + bonus; Year 3 productivity-based Medical school loan repayment – negotiable $5,000 CME allowance Health, Dental & Vision plans FSA & HSA options Retirement plan with employer contributions Short / Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance Generous PTO & wellness programs Tuition reimbursement and caregiver celebration programs Access to pastoral care and employee assistance counseling Top Reasons to Choose a Locum Tenens Assignment Benefit from steady income streams and potentially higher rates, mitigating financial uncertainties and instability.
