Manage employee relations for a unionized employee population of 300+, ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive workplace culture. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives in the manufacturing sector. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention programs to support organizational goals. Collaborate with department heads to identify and address workforce planning and development needs. Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and performance management processes. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll programs effectively and efficiently. Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and in compliance with applicable regulations. Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related matters and best practices. The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Manager should have: 5+ years of HR experience within unionized environments - manufacturing industry experience highly preferred. Bachelor\'s degree in HR or a related field. Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Bilingualism in English & Spanish preferred. Ability to work 5 days onsite in North Dallas. Comfortability and regularly walking the plant floor and interacting with manufacturing staff. Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and leadership. What\'s on Offer
