It’s about exceeding your potential. As Senior Product Manager, Unified Experience, you will define and drive platform capabilities that unify Korn Ferry’s Talent Suite. This includes developing the foundational entry points and services that guide how users navigate and engage with the platform, ensuring every interaction feels consistent, intuitive, and personalized. You’ll lead the strategy for cross-suite experiences such as homepage, navigation, and over time expand to capabilities like global search, notifications, and authentication. You’ll partner with product, engineering, design, and architecture teams to ensure every user touchpoint reinforces a seamless, modern experience. Ultimately, this role will transform a broad set of capabilities into a coherent, category-defining platform. Key Responsibilities

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand client and user needs related to navigation, discoverability, and homepage experience. Developing and executing a product strategy for the Talent Suite homepage and global navigation to unify experiences across the platform. Leading the design and implementation of intuitive navigation systems and homepage experiences that improve engagement and usability. Identifying opportunities to enhance user satisfaction and adoption through improved information architecture and design consistency. Working closely with KF Digital solution areas product management teams, engineering, design, and architecture to prioritize features and ensure timely delivery of enhancements. Analyzing user behavior, competitive benchmarks, and industry UX trends to inform product roadmap decisions. Communicating the value proposition of the unified homepage and navigation to internal stakeholders and clients. Professional Experience / Qualifications

5-7 years product management experience across product lifecycle (ideation to launch to sunset) 3-5 years SaaS hands-on experience working with user experience, navigation, or platform unification initiatives (homepage, global navigation, portals, dashboards, or UX design systems). HCM background (Talent management, Talent assessment, core HR or Workforce Management) Experience with HRIS, ATS or LMS, UX design systems or content management systems (CMS), preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills Fluent in user experience and information architecture concepts, with the ability to translate them for non-technical stakeholders. Ability to communicate ideas through wireframes, journey maps, and prototypes. Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, design, and architecture. Experience with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Trello), ProductBoard, Aha!, Figma, Lucid or other related tools for roadmap, requirements, wireframing. Advanced PowerPoint, Excel, or similar tools with proficiency in UX documentation and storytelling. Well organized and able to plan and execute projects in a structured manner. Education

BA/BS in business administration, computer science/IT, engineering, design, marketing, data science or related fields. Internal Mobility at Korn Ferry
