Overview

This is a full time position with 40% Physician Leadership responsibility plus 40% - 60% clinical practice time in Urgent Care for a total of 80% - 100% FTE. Hours will be scheduled Monday - Friday between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Hours may vary and additional hours may be required to meet the operational needs of the department. Lead an exceptional clinical team of over 20 physicians and 25 advanced practice clinicians known for its commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care. Support a strong, collaborative culture where teamwork, respect, and staff well-being are deeply valued. Help shape the future of UW Health Urgent Care through the opening of a new Urgent Care clinic featuring state-of-the-art space and on-site advanced imaging. Partner across care settings, working closely with Primary Care and the Department of Emergency Medicine to ensure patients receive care in the right place and at the right time. Drive innovation by exploring the integration of artificial intelligence and other advanced technologies to enhance access, efficiency, and outcomes. Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy Work Experience

3 years of progressively responsible experience as a practicing physician. Leadership experience related to programmatic, departmental, physician, or medical staff administration. Certifications
