OSNNY is currently looking for a full-time Periodontist to join our rapidly growing practice in Watertown, NY. OSNNY is a well-established, quality-oriented practice, with its office located in an upscale community. Our objective is to provide services promptly, efficiently, and consistently with the highest standards of the profession. We are seeking a personable, self-motivated, and productive Periodontist who shares these goals. Technology
Our modern, streamlined clinic facilities use cutting-edge equipment, including digital imaging and cone-beam CT imaging to support treatment of complex cases, with the aim of predictable outcomes. Insurance Plans & Rates
We can secure a high level of reimbursement because we are part of a larger group. We work monthly to increase insurance rates and handle credentialing for new associate doctors and partner doctors. Referrals & Office Culture
OSNNY has a strong statewide reputation as a leader in oral surgery. Our doctors are active in the dental community through organized dental groups, dental schools, and charitable organizations. We host seminars and offer continuing education, maintaining a broad referral base to better serve our community. Our office offers a central management team to cover administrative needs, efficient offices, and a well-trained team focused on collaboration, mentorship, and growth. Requirements
The doctor is required to hold a DDS or DMD degree and be board-certified or board-eligible in Periodontics from ADA-accredited programs, and hold a license in the state of New York. Office Provided Malpractice Insurance Paid Association Membership Dues Time Off Plan Marketing Expenses Covered Relocation Services Specialty1 Partners is the direct employer of non-clinical employees; clinical employees are employed by the applicable practice entity. Specialty1 Partners provides HR and payroll support for the applicable practice. Non-clinical staff include office management and administrative personnel. Equal Opportunity
