Connecticut Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Centers is currently looking for a full-time Periodontist to join our rapidly growing practice in Meriden, Connecticut. We are a well-established, quality-oriented group practice limited to oral surgery, with multiple offices located in upscale communities in the area. Our objective is to provide services promptly, efficiently, and consistently with the highest standards of the profession. We are searching for a personable, self-motivated, and productive Periodontist who shares these goals. Technology
Our modern, streamlined clinic facilities are equipped with digital imaging and cone-beam CT imaging to help treat complex cases, supporting more predictable outcomes and successful treatments. Insurance Plans & Rates
We are part of a larger group and can secure a high level of reimbursement for services. We work monthly to increase insurance rates, which can enhance overall income. We also handle credentialing for new associate and partner doctors. Referrals & Office Culture
Our reputation is strong statewide as a leader in oral surgery. We maintain active involvement in the dental community through organized groups, dental schools, and charitable organizations, and continue this tradition. We demonstrate value through collegiality and relationships with referring doctors by hosting seminars and offering continuing education. We provide a central management team to cover administrative needs, efficient offices, and a well-trained team. There is a clear pathway to partnership and mentorship opportunities, with a commitment to continuing education and community involvement. Requirements
The doctor must hold a DDS or DMD degree and be certified in Periodontics from ADA-accredited programs, as well as hold a license in the state of Connecticut.
