As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Minimum qualifications
Minimum Degree Required : Bachelor\'s Degree
Minimum Years of Experience : 10 year(s)
Preferred qualifications
Certification(s) Preferred : One or more of the following Salesforce.com certifications: Certified Administrator, Certified Developer, or Certified Sales/Service Consultant
Preferred Knowledge/Skills :
Demonstrates thought leader-level knowledge and acumen in understanding client business problems and developing Salesforce technology-enabled solutions for large organizations.
Implementing technology solutions to streamline organizational needs and meet compliance standards and regulations.
Experience improving performance of Sales, Service, Marketing, R&D, IT, and Operations in large organizations; CRM implementations and platform-based application development.
Team leadership: supervising teams, encouraging diverse views, coaching staff, and providing timely feedback.
Experience in Financial Services or Pharma & Life Science industries preferred for roles in those sectors.
Proposal development, client relationship management, budgeting, project staffing, and delivering compelling written and verbal materials.
Proficiency with Salesforce.com, including software configuration, Mobile solutions, Apex coding, or Visualforce; experience with related ERP platforms.
Experience with third-party integrations and understanding their impact.
Strong communication skills across diverse audiences; ability to translate client needs into system functionality.
Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment.

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000, plus discretionary bonus. For roles based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range.
