As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications, providing consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications to help clients optimise operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. Responsibilities

Analyse client needs and the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system. Take ownership of projects, ensuring their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables. Lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating PwC purpose and values in a meaningful way; embrace technology and innovation to enhance delivery. Mentor others, provide coaching, and use work reviews to deepen the expertise of team members. Address conflicts or issues with clients and team members, escalating where appropriate. Qualifications

Minimum Degree Required Bachelor\'s Degree Minimum Year(s) of Experience 5 year(s) Preferred Qualifications

Degree Preferred Master\'s Degree Preferred Fields of Study Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems Certification(s) Preferred One or more of the following Salesforce.com certifications: Certified Administrator, Certified Developer, or Certified Sales/Service Consultant Preferred Knowledge/Skills

Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge levels and acumen specific to understanding underlying client business problems and developing Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that address the needs of large organizations, including how to implement technology solutions to help streamline organizational needs and meet legal-related and industry-specific compliance standards and regulations. Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge levels and success in roles assisting large organizations with: Improving the performance of their Sales, Service, Marketing, R&D, IT, and Operations business units; Understanding and solving business and technology challenges related to the implementation of CRM technologies; Delivering Social & Mobile Enterprise platforms, and designing and developing platform-based applications that meet client business needs. Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge and success as a team leader, including: Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; Answering questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff; Coaching staff with timely meaningful written and verbal feedback. For roles within Financial Services, prior experience in Financial Services preferred; for roles within Pharma & Life Sciences Industry Advisory, prior experience in Pharma & Life Sciences industry preferred. Additional Functional/Technical Capabilities Leading and/or facilitating teams to develop client proposals and manage relationships for potential new service opportunities; Identifying and addressing client needs, building deep client relationships, and managing project resources, budgets, and deliverables; Writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting to diverse audiences; Software configuration, Mobile solutions, Apex coding, or Visualforce coding in Salesforce.com and/or Veeva; System applications implementations and related coding in Salesforce.com, SAP, Oracle, Marketo, and related cloud or on-premise ERP applications; Third-party integrations and assessment of their impact; Proficiency with PC applications and multilingual communication as it relates to understanding client needs and translating them into system functionality; Producing deliverables in a fast-paced, global, multi-project environment. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
