Manage the general ledger and perform monthly/quarterly/annual closes for private equity funds, investor entities, and operating companies Prepare GAAP financial statements and ensure accurate reporting for complex structures Perform reconciliations, maintain strong internal controls, and support external audits Collaborate with senior leaders across finance, tax, treasury, and business operations Work on projects that enhance accounting processes and support team goals Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or Master’s in Accounting preferred 2+ years of accounting experience, ideally public accounting Strong knowledge of US GAAP and partnership accounting Experience preparing financial statements and working with internal controls Seniority level
