Full-time, Monday - Friday Salary Range:
$90,000.00-$125,000.00 Commensurate with Experience, plus Incentive Bonus Potential Applications will be accepted until the job is closed.
Responsibilities
Provide support to all Facilities, Parking and Transportation Teams with deployment and/or management of fixed or mobile assets Plan, organize, direct and coordinate the activities of parking programs Partner with the Development Team to conceptualize, build, beta and deploy Parking Enforcement Operations and Technologies Create signage and marketing material for parking programs Standardize transportation signage across all locations Participate in meetings across multiple teams to ensure transparency with partners Proactively communicate any impact to neighboring tenants and/or teams Identify head count to parking space ratio for each building and forecast parking demand Work with the Real Estate team to evaluate property parking needs for current and future sites Create facility traffic flow patterns, identify optimal space designation and make proactive recommendations to enhance operations and optimize site efficiency Coordinate fleet management and storage of vehicles Identify ways to maximize efficiency of EV mobile units and maintain program integrity with an SOP Create maps and models representing vehicular and pedestrian patterns Work with stakeholders to create and deploy a Parking Enforcement program from conception to implementation and program oversight Parking facilities management including cleaning, charging and maintenance Ensure parking areas are kept clean and that pressure washing is completed on a regular schedule Ensure all parking equipment such as gates, lift arms, RFID scanners, and LPR are maintained Experience with OmniQ, Genetech or other related LPR systems
Experience Needed
3-5 years of proven leadership in the hospitality and/or parking industries Strong operational and financial acumen with ability to coach leaders in these areas Excellent conversational and written communication skills to develop lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and staff Ability to view challenges as opportunities and lead the team to new heights Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Proficiency with computer systems, revenue control equipment, payroll systems, and the Microsoft Office suite
