Overview
Parking Operations - Project Manager at Propark Mobility. Regional Manager. Salary Range: $90,000.00-$125,000.00 Commensurate with Experience, plus Incentive Bonus Potential. Work Modality: Hybrid. Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday. Location: San Francisco, CA. Applications will be accepted until the job is closed. Responsibilities
Provide support to all Facilities, Parking and Transportation Teams; deploy and/or manage fixed or mobile parking solutions. Plan, organize, direct and coordinate the activities of parking programs. Partner with Development Team to conceptualize, build, beta and deploy Parking Enforcement Operations and Technologies. Create signage and marketing material for parking programs; standardize transportation signage across all locations. Participate in cross-team meetings to ensure transparency with partners; proactively communicate any impact to neighboring tenants and/or teams. Identify headcount-to-parking-space ratios for each building and forecast parking demand; collaborate with Real Estate to evaluate parking needs for current and future sites. Design facility traffic flow patterns, designate optimal space usage and recommend improvements to enhance operations and site efficiency. Coordinate fleet management and storage of vehicles; identify ways to maximize efficiency of EV mobile units and maintain program integrity with SOPs. Create maps/models of vehicular and pedestrian patterns; work with stakeholders to deploy a Parking Enforcement program from conception to oversight. Manage Parking facilities including cleaning, charging and maintenance; ensure equipment (gates, lift arms, RFID scanners, LPR) is functional. Experience with OmniQ, Genetech or other related LPR systems. Experience & Qualifications
3-5 years of proven leadership in hospitality and/or parking industries. Strong operational and financial acumen; ability to coach leaders in these areas. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to develop relationships with clients, colleagues and staff. Problem-solving mindset; able to lead teams through challenges and drive results. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Proficient with computer systems, revenue control equipment, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office suite. What We Offer: Compensation and Benefits
