You'll lead work ranging from commercial TI's to full ground-up rebuilds across the North Bay, with projects between $500K to $10M lasting 3 to 12 months. We are a fast-growing general contractor with a steady pipeline of projects across the North Bay, San Francisco, and the East Bay. Our projects typically run 3 to 12 months, giving you both variety and stability. Role Summary
We\'re hiring an experienced Superintendent to lead tenant improvements and commercial renovations in San Francisco, Marin, and the East Bay. You\'ll be the driving force in the field, coordinating subs, maintaining schedules, and ensuring projects finish on time and on budget. Here, your performance drives your growth, and your success in the field is directly tied to your compensation. Key Responsibilities
Lead field operations on commercial TI\'s, renovations, and ground-up builds Manage subs and crews to keep schedules on track Oversee quality, safety, and budgets from start to finish Build strong relationships with subs, clients, and the team Partner with project managers to keep budgets and schedules aligned What You Bring
Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent (commercial preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage schedules, subs, and budgets effectively A results-driven mindset - ready to be rewarded for great work Benefits
