Overview
Store Manager role at Nati Boutique in Newport Beach. The Retail Manager will work directly under the CEO/Co-owner, driving the financial sales goals of the newest store. You will lead by example, uphold the highest standards in customer service, and ensure the store operates smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
Lead the retail team in achieving sales goals and meeting store financial plans with a primary focus on a collaborative selling environment while promoting employee engagement and development. Continuously assess and strategize to improve performance goals (Conversions, UPT, SPH, and other measurable KPIs). Primary KPI: Sales; drive sales targets and increase UPT. Coach all Sales Associates to ensure optimal performance, product knowledge, and customer satisfaction. Perform store visual standards according to the visual merchandising direction of the CEO and adapt visuals based on store layout and needs. Ensure sound inventory management through accurate receiving and sending merchandise processes, including price and inventory changes. Collaborate with the store team and Owners on community connections and event execution to promote brand engagement. Demonstrate a positive, warm attitude to encourage strong teamwork at all times. Qualifications
A passion for fashion and a strong focus on selling, with a positive, proactive mindset. Minimum 1-2 years in a Store Manager or similar role at a high-volume fashion retailer. Proven ability to train and develop a team of top sellers. Excellent team-building and leadership skills; experience coaching employees to attract and retain clientele. Positive, outgoing, and engaging personality; able to initiate contact with guests and identify shopping needs. Open availability to work 5 days (40 hours) per week, including weekends and some holidays. Ability to stand up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation (involves moving inventory). Benefits
