About The Role We have signed several Fortune 500 companies as customers and are going live with pilots followed by roll-outs of several solutions designed to create eight figures of value for each customer by changing how work is done. As a Product Manager, you will partner with world-class AI engineers to deliver solutions that create real value for the business. You will work directly with customers to understand opportunities for AI solutions and deliver solutions that make a meaningful impact. You will collaborate with Software Engineers to develop solutions tailored for our customers, acting as the lynchpin between customers and engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the customer to engineering
Deeply understand customer priorities and pain points by capturing feedback and analyzing data
Translate customer priorities and feedback to customer-specific solutions
Ensure timely delivery of customer-specific solutions from Tiger engineering
Provide inputs to Platform Engineering on themes or needs to inform platform priorities
Bring knowledge of Eudia’s capabilities to customers to inform what solutions are built and delivered
Ensure scope committed to customers aligns with capabilities and product roadmap
Represent and showcase solutions to customers through demos and trainings
Qualifications
5+ years of product experience
Experience working on enterprise products and/or with enterprise customers
MBA or tier-1 consulting experience a plus
Experience working directly with engineering, design, and product management
Customer-facing presentation skills
Strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams simultaneously
Passion for AI transformation, legal technology, or disruptive service models
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related field

Compensation Range: $190,000 - $250,000
The posted salary range is based on our research for companies of our stage and size while in compliance with California law. This is a base salary compensation range and we encourage those who are interested to apply and have an initial discussion.
