As the
Managing Director , you will: Recruit & Develop Top Talent : Build and lead a high-performing team of commercial real estate brokers, agents, and market leaders across Minnesota. Drive Revenue Growth : Partner directly with the CEO to execute on aggressive revenue targets Lead Sales Enablement : Implement systems, training, and accountability to maximize broker productivity and win larger deals. Shape Culture & Brand : Be the face of North Star’s growth engine, championing our culture of grit, collaboration, and excellence. Key Responsibilities Create and execute a
recruiting strategy
leveraging LinkedIn, networking, and referral channels. Coach and Mentor commercial brokers to meet/exceed sales targets Build scalable
onboarding and training systems
that empower new brokers to produce quickly. Lead
business development initiatives
to expand deal flow, partnerships, and referral pipelines. Oversee market expansion plans—identify leaders, recruit teams, and support their ramp-up. Collaborate with operations leadership to align growth, marketing, and systems infrastructure. What We’re Looking For Proven track record in
sales leadership, recruiting, and commercial real estate team building . Extensive experience as a Commercial Broker Deep understanding of
Growth strategy, lead generation, and performance management . Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Must be Minnesota-based What We Offer Competitive base salary ($150K–$175K range) plus performance-based incentives.
