Kingswood Health Centre
Kingswood Health Centre are looking to recruit a 5 session Salaried GP.
We have a large GP team who work collaboratively and meet daily for coffee and lunch. We have 7 GP Partners, a Managing Partner and 5 salaried GPs in post. We also have a fantastic Pharmacy and Nursing Team as well as strong administrative and managerial support.
Working pattern to be negotiated although 2 sessions to be worked on a Monday are a must.
GPs work to 15 minute appointments, and we operate an online total triage system (staffed by our Triage Team Coordinator and the Duty GP). On-calls average one every fortnight and the on-call GP is always supported in the afternoon by another GP.
We also support a number of nursing and residential homes in our boundary. We are an established training practice and also enjoy teaching medical students of various levels. We support our salaried GPs development and encourage them to participate in teaching as well as other initiatives. We offer the BMA Model Contract and also support newly qualified GPs with the GP Fellowship Scheme.
Our Practice Values are:
- Working together
- Everyone Counts
We strongly encourage applicants to arrange a pre-application visit to the Practice. Please contact Robyn Clark, Managing Partner, to arrange this on robyn.clark3@nhs.net. Unfortunately we are not a sponsoring practice so applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
