Responsibilities
Lead a team of solution consultants; Drive close collaboration across sales, presales, product, marketing and delivery; Serve as a trusted advisor to the CSO and executive team on solution strategy and new solution opportunities; Setting annual target for their area of responsibility, in accordance with the unit & company targets, monitors their progress and is responsible for the end result. Sales Cycle
Lead solution design for major sales opportunities, including RFPs, proposals, workshops, initiation studies and executive presentations; Develop high-level solution architectures, operating models, and value propositions tailored to our clients; Ensure all designed solutions meet compliance, regulatory, and integration requirements; Act as the “voice of the client” in internal discussions to ensure solutions reflect client requirements & market demand. Identify gaps and opportunities in the market (in collaboration with Market Integration) and translate them into offerings; Define solutions and determine the efforts (sizing) and associated project plans needed to implement them for the client or prospect; Design end-to-end solutions that combine one or more products and services into integrated offerings; Partner with Product Management to validate feasibility, influence product roadmaps, and support commercialization of new solutions; Pilot new solution concepts with selected clients/partners and refine based on feedback; Build frameworks and playbooks for repeatable solution offerings across markets. Collaborate with sales and marketing to define solution strategies for target accounts and industries; Provide solution messaging, differentiators, and sales enablement content; Support pricing and packaging strategies for new solutions; Qualifications
8+ years in enterprise software or consulting, preferably within financial services technology; Proven track record in solution design or product strategy; Strong background in pre-sales, consulting, or solution management; Experience working with C-level clients in strategic discussions; Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and teams; Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy; Actively ensuring compliance with the Group's Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy and all applicable regulations, identifying and reporting potential risks related to bribery and corruption, and promoting ethical behavior by participating in and encouraging continuous training and awareness initiatives.
