Overview
The Fountaingrove Club is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic seasonal primary Pickleball & Part Time Tennis Teaching Professional to lead our pickleball and tennis instructional programs and support a growing community of players. This position includes planning and teaching lessons, organizing events, and actively promoting member engagement on the courts. This position will be seasonal from current date through October 10, 2025. Experience Required
USAPA certification (or equivalent) Minimum 4.5 playing level Previous experience coaching players of varying skill levels CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and organization skills Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer systems Available for evenings and weekends as needed Essential Responsibilities
Develop and lead a range of instructional programs for all skill levels and ages Teach private and group lessons, clinics, and workshops Assist in organizing leagues, socials, and tournaments (minimum of 2 tournaments and 6-8 social events per year) Lead and participate in Open Play sessions to encourage engagement and identify coaching opportunities Provide member ratings and personalized coaching plans Collaborate with management and the Court Sports Committee to promote offerings Keep online calendars (Club Essentials) and bulletin boards up to date Ensure proper care and maintenance of courts and equipment Help enforce guest policies and support bocce programming Additional duties as assigned
