The Account Management team at Addepar is responsible for cultivating client relationships and growing revenue. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing entrepreneurial company. We’re looking for a team member who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys the challenge of working with varied clients with complex needs. The ideal candidate is comfortable working hands-on, is highly motivated, and is results-based. Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The current range for this role is $72,000 - $113,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits. Work cross-functionally to drive revenue growth across a portfolio of clients through renewals and upsell of additional products Build lasting relationships with C-Suite executives and other key stakeholders in your book of business Lead and own the renewal and upsell process Develop a strategic and targeted approach to attain and exceed annual sales quota and net retention targets Partner with the Client Success Management (CSM) team to deliver scheduled business reviews to increase awareness and growth across the Addepar product suite Oversee a book of business across a wide range of clients including Family Offices, Banks, Institutions, and Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management Who You Are

3+ years of experience in account management, relationship management, sales, or a background in finance and investments High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to build relationships Strong executive presence and outstanding communication/presentation skills with C-level executives Track record of successfully implementing sales strategies and meeting/exceeding goals Experience developing and selling sophisticated business solutions at the C-Suite level Ability to influence internal and external decision-makers and achieve results Strong time management and prioritization skills Experience in Financial Services or Fintech required; wealth or asset management experience preferred Our Values
