Private Medical has spent the last 20 years creating a new category of concierge medicine — private medicine — by designing a system that honors the relationship between patients, physicians, and each member of the care team. Based in California, New York, and Florida, our physician-led teams work with a Gynecologist, Naturopathic Medicine Doctor, curated local specialists, elite medical centers, and specialists around the world to provide relationship-focused, evidence-based, longitudinal care to our members/patients and their families. Private Medical is privately held and free from conflicts of interest.
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with patients
Manage chronic and acute illness and injuries
Provide well checks and house calls
Be available after-hours by phone for patient communication and care
Track and review normal physical development as well as psychological well-being
Establish an outstanding relationship with and lead a team comprised of a Registered Nurse and a Patient Care Administrator
Create personalized reports for patients to help them and the team navigate their health goals and care
What you will be doing

Qualifications
Education level: Graduate of a four-year accredited medical school
Medical Training: Complete residency in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Medicine-Pediatrics
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years as a licensed M.D.
Preference: Experience in longitudinal primary care and training or work in an academic medical center
Specific skills:
Outstanding written and verbal communication
Advanced computer literacy, primarily with iOS
Experience with EHR-based medical record keeping
Ability to work effectively with and through teams

Proven track record of providing extraordinary patient care and customer service
Enthusiasm for collaborative teamwork
Excellent multitasking abilities and ability to work under pressure
High emotional intelligence and ability to create and maintain relationships
Intellectual humility and compassionate communication
Licensed MD in the state of California
Current BLS certification
