The Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant is an essential part of our provider team. The NP/PA provides direct patient care to individuals undergoing treatment cycles. They partner with the physician team to assess, diagnose and order/interpret tests. The position requires pride in working with patients and delivering highly personalized care. PAs/NPs work closely with all members of the clinical team to provide guidance and support. Provide compassionate care to all Spring patients Daily chart audits and MD chart review and preparation Perform weekly cycle start/baseline checklist reviews for cycle start readiness FDA screening (history and physical, questionnaire and lab work screening/review), compliance, and initial determination sign off Perform baseline ultrasounds and follow-up monitoring ultrasounds for IUI and IVF Manage patient treatment plans for IUI patients Perform procedures such as HSG, saline sonograms and IUI Review semen analysis and follow up with patients Consult for outside/self-referred sperm cryopreservation patients Included in after hours on-call rotation Post-retrieval/procedure symptom evaluation/assessment Conduct pre-op assessments and assist in pre/post op areas as needed Use electronic medical records and task lists to complete patient visits or requests Complete forms and requisitions in EMR and document all required information Provide patients with accurate information when answering questions and concerns Education, Licenses, Certifications

Active California NP or PA License Minimum two (2) years of experience ACLS Certification Fertility experience preferred Employment Type

This is a full-time exempt onsite position that requires early hours, rotational weekends and holidays. Compensation

The salary range for this role is $130,000-$170,000 annually. Salary is based on job-related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees. Benefits
