Annual Salary: $100k-$180k (varies depending on years of experience)
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Advanced Practice Provider to provide both patient care and leadership within our client s practice. This role combines direct clinical responsibilities with oversight of nursing and patient support staff. The Clinical Supervisor works alongside physicians and the broader care team to ensure high-quality, efficient, and compliant patient services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized, compassionate patient care throughout the treatment cycle
- Perform baseline and follow-up ultrasounds, including monitoring for IUI and IVF cycles
- Complete FDA-required screenings, histories, and lab reviews; sign off on initial determinations for compliance
- Manage treatment plans for patients undergoing fertility treatments, including IUI and IVF protocols
- Counsel patients on reproductive hormones, embryology, and andrology findings and their implications for treatment outcomes
- Perform daily chart audits, cycle start readiness reviews, and pre/post-procedure evaluations
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours patient concerns
- Provide consults for outside or self-referred patients seeking sperm cryopreservation
- Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff and patient navigators to maintain a collaborative and supportive team environment
- Oversee clinical quality, efficiency, and adherence to protocols and policies
- Partner with practice leadership, medical directors, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory readiness.
- Prepare for and participate in inspections and audits by regulatory bodies
- Address escalated patient concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution in alignment with quality standards
- Implement and coordinate training programs for clinical staff in collaboration with relevant departments
- Monitor compliance-related issues, investigate complaints, and report findings to leadership as required
- Accurately document all patient encounters in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Complete necessary forms, requisitions, and patient portal requests in a timely manner
- Maintain patient confidentiality and safeguard health information
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, answering questions and addressing concerns with professionalism
Qualifications:
- Current NP or PA license in good standing
- Strong clinical judgment and procedural skills, with knowledge of evidence-based practice
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience supervising clinical teams preferred
- Professional, punctual, and reliable, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
