HM Beds: 7 APPs see an average of 2-4 patients per shift APPs conduct rounding on patients and admissions Staffing Model: 1 Tele-hospitalist physician coverage: 24 hours 1 on-site APP provider hospitalist team: 8-hour shifts (7 am - 7 pm; 7 on/ 7 off) Services include Respiratory Care, Diagnostic Imaging, Laboratory, Inpatient Physical Therapy, Outpatient Surgical Services, and Inpatient Med Surg Service The cafeteria provides three meals a day for physicians and APPs, free of charge, and available for all service lines Other USACS services offered at this location: Emergency Medicine Industry-leading 10% company funded 401(k) Short- and long-term disability (own occupation) Annual CME/BEA (Business Expense Account) Medical Malpractice with tail and litigation support Pioneering Paid Military Leave Location flexibility and career stability of a national group National Clinical Governance Board (NCGB) of internally elected clinicians Clinical Management Tools (CMTs) USACS Orientation and Assemblies Professional Development Programs including: Scholars (Leadership Training), Efficiency Academy, and Engagement & Experience Academy The Area

(Austin is just 40 miles to the northwest). Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is just a short drive away, as are the new Formula One race track and gorgeous Buescher and Bastrop State Parks. Smithville itself has much to offer, including a charming historic district, the annual Festival of Light celebration, and an annual five-day Jamboree. In addition, Smithville has attracted its share of the Hollywood limelight, having served as the backdrop for a number of movies including the 1998 Sandra Bullock film "Hope Floats."
