Overview

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join the CRM analytics team for shaping the future of in-product discovery and engagement. You will define the experimentation roadmap, run rigorous experiments and employ advanced experimentation techniques to drive platform adoption and growth. In this role, you’ll collaborate with product, design, marketing and engineering teams to deliver data-driven solutions at scale. Your work will directly influence strategy, helping millions of users find more value in our platform. Responsibilities

Define the experimentation roadmap and design rigorous experiments to drive platform adoption and growth. Collaborate with product, design, marketing and engineering teams to deliver data-driven solutions at scale. Analyze data, generate insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for product strategy and user engagement. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics and inform decision making. Contribute to the development of hypotheses and actions for run-the-business metrics. Produce technical and business documentation to support analytical solutions and stakeholder communication. Qualifications

4+ years of Advanced SQL skills to extract data from data warehouses (e.g., Redshift, Hive, SparkSQL, Athena) and perform data segmentation and aggregation. Experience with modern analytical tools and programming languages such as Python. Experience with data query and data processing tools/systems (relational, NoSQL, stream processing). Familiarity with distributed computing systems and technologies (e.g., Spark, Hive). Software engineering fundamentals: version control (Git, GitHub) and ability to write production-ready code. Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Finance, Advanced Analytics, or a related field; Master's preferred. Experience developing data models, schema design, and working knowledge of cloud computing/services, particularly AWS. Experience building multidimensional schemas consolidating data from multiple sources (Redshift, Hive, SparkSQL, Athena). Working knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools (Tableau, QlikSense). Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and performance considerations. Familiarity with Data Science workflow and lifecycle. Employment type
