Draft briefs and engage in all phases of fact and expert discovery. Contribute to life sciences patent litigation matters under the guidance of senior attorneys. Collaborate with teams to develop and implement case strategy. Qualifications
2-7 years of life science patent litigation experience. Strong academic credentials. Technical degree in biology, chemistry, pharmacology, or related fields preferred. Excellent writing and communication skills. Admission to the state bar of practice. All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. About Us
